Who We Are

The Panchayat System of Canada Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to peaceful conflict resolution, family harmony, and stronger communities across Canada.

Our Mission - Community Outreach
Our Mission

Strengthening society through dialogue and respect.

We provide community-based mediation services to resolve disputes before they escalate. By combining traditional community values with professional mediation practices, we offer a unique bridge to harmony.

Our Reach

Initially focused on Oakville, Ontario, our vision is to establish a network of mediators across major cities in Ontario and ultimately throughout all of Canada.

Our Story

The Idea Behind Panchayat

The Foundation draws inspiration from the traditional idea of community dialogue, collective understanding, and respected community participation. In Canada, this concept is adapted to a diverse, multicultural environment and operates within Canadian laws, ethical principles, and professional standards.

Our model is built on three pillars: the wisdom of traditional community values, the rigour of Canadian legal and professional standards, and the effectiveness of modern mediation.
